Planning & Set-Up

Once you book with Whitehall, you will be assigned an experienced Event Planner who will work with you to ensure all the details for your day are handled.  The Event Planner will help facilitate meetings with Whitehall's mandatory vendors, A Taste of Excellence for catering and Selective Sound for entertainment.

A Ceremony and Gathering Package includes the following: Bride’s Waiting Stateroom, Groom’s Waiting Stateroom, Lawn Ceremony Space, Chapel Ceremony Space, Whitehall Gathering Space, Event Planning & Coordination Services, Concierge Service, Planning Portal, Coat Check, Gift Services, Rehearsal, Full Set-Up, Tear Down & Clean-Up, Standard Tables & Chairs, Parking, and Security.
